Throughout his career, Alby has worked closely with developers, builders and capital partners, giving him a practical understanding of how to identify opportunity, position projects and help take them from site acquisition through to settlement. He brings a hands-on, relationship-led approach to building momentum and creating value across the property lifecycle.

Matt Lanigan

Matt Lanigan is a property entrepreneur and growth strategist with more than 10 years of experience across land, development, project marketing, and new-build housing and a further 15 years as a businesses owner in the service industry.

Raised around land subdivisions and property development, Matt developed an early understanding of the property sector and the long-term value of land. He chose to build his own path, starting his career in events, hospitality, startups, and consulting, where he sharpened his skills in branding, marketing, sales, and business growth. Across that journey, he founded a number of ventures and helped scale three businesses through to exit.

Over the past decade, Matt has applied that commercial and entrepreneurial experience to property, with a strong focus on off-market land opportunities, project marketing, and growth-led property businesses. He has worked across development site acquisition, real estate sales, and strategic property ventures, building a reputation for strong market instincts, sharp execution,  trusted relationships and passion for supporting his clients.

Matt has also spent the past five years in the new-build space through Rent Converters, helping more than 200 Australians purchase their own home. This experience further strengthened his passion for affordable housing and his belief that new-build homes play a critical role in making home ownership more accessible for everyday Australians.
